Presentation

φ-evo is an in silico evolution software. It searches a network that satisfies at best a fitness function by recursively adding, modifying, or removing interaction and species. The optimization process follows a genetic algorithm. Out of a population of N networks, only the fittest ones are selected to produce the next generation.
